We Are Hiring Job Title: Communications Manager Department: Foundation Location: Heritage Center City, State: Milwaukee, WI Hours/Work Schedule/Shift: 8AM-4:30PM, Monday - Friday Bachelor's degree required 3 years of strategic communications experience required, 5 years preferred Experience in donor communications preferred 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred What You Will Do Manage the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies for fundraising activities. Collaborate with management on identification of fundraising goals. Develop and implement plans for capital and major fundraising initiatives. Prepare communications including the design, writing and printing of brochures, newsletters, donor communications and annual reports. Implement marketing strategies that will create a climate conducive to major giving and increase the number of major planned gifts and estate commitments. Prepare or assist with budgets and ensures compliance with allocated funding. What You Will Need Education: High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required. Work Experience: 3 years of experience required. 5 years of experience preferred. 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred. Additional Preferences No additional preferences.
