Job Description
Work Location: 5051 Unit #3 Owan Industrial Park Drive Williston ND 58801
To install, maintain, calibrate and repair gas quality analytical instruments. Monitor and analyze quality data for energy content and components system wide and differentiate between natural gas, swamp gas and petroleum. 1-Installs, repairs, tests, maintains and calibrates gas quality and volume measurement and regulating equipment. 2-Analyzes gas for energy content and various components. 3-Performs gas hydrocarbon and water dew point testing. 4-Performs sulfur sampling and analysis. 5-Analyzes gas leak samples and determines their source. 6-Responds to gas quality inquiries from internal and external customers. 7-Maintains accurate gas quality records and files. 8-Maintains Btu zone boundaries. 11-Performs other duties as assigned. Working Conditions: 1-Requires working in extreme cold or hot temperatures on uneven or slippery surfaces. 2-Requires working with toxic chemicals and hazardous materials, including exposure to natural gas. 3-Will be required to work on-call, rotating shifts, overtime, weekends and holidays. 4-Will require some out-of-town travel and occasional overnight stays.

The technician assists in the maintenance and calibration of regulating and measuring equipment including electronic instrumentation used to monitor gas quality and assist in the maintenance and calibration of analytical instruction and sampling system. Job responsibilities include:
Assist in the maintenance and calibration of regulation and measuring equipment such as pneumatic control systems and electronic measurement devices
Assist in the maintenance and accuracy of gas measurement devices used by customer
Assist in the maintenance and accuracy of gas measurement devices used by companies
Assist in the calibration and maintenance of analytical instruments
Produce calibration reports

What is Onsite/Remote Policy There is no remote work, personnel are required to report on-site each day at 7:00am
Are contractors eligible for mileage reimbursement? No, company vehicle is provided
Will contractors need to use their own personal vehicle? No, company vehicle is provided
How will interviews be conducted? MS Teams? Initially through MS Teams or by phone, ultimately in person
Do contractors need to provide or have any of their own equipment? - No, just bring a good attitude!
