Job Description

Manages and coordinates the operational activities for the Account Services phone team. Ensures quality service and effective operations support for team members and investment sales staff by responding to and resolving issues related to account opening and account maintenance. Accomplishes results through the effective management and training of 4 direct reports. Administers corporate policies and procedures and ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Participates in the review and recommendation of operational systems and procedures affecting assigned units, coordinating system conversions from an operations perspective.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Two to three years of operations-related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Knowledge of operation functions, systems, policies and procedures around account opening and maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience using Phase 3, Avaya phone systems, Wealth Station, BPM Workflow, or the IFS New Account Opening tool
- Good organizational, managerial and project management skills
- Well-developed customer relations skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of banking operations and human resources
