Koch Agronomic Services is currently seeking a motivated and self-driven Territory Business Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will manage sales within the state of Wisconsin calling on dealers, distribution and head offices of Ag retailers driving sales growth.
This role will be in the territory that is being supported, which is the state of Wisconsin.

What You Will Do In Your Role

Develop sales strategy and prioritization plan
Form point of view on effective sales strategies and tactics for the territory and motivate position resulting in value creation
Work independently
Lead the business and profitable growth in the region
Developing, owning, and managing relationships with key customers and targets
Accurately forecast sales and growth plans
Knowledge share with team and colleagues
Offer insight for point of view development and product portfolio expansion
Work with marketing and product line to generate tools and ideas for value creation
Present and educate to audiences such as General Managers, Senior Buyers, Dealers, Wholesalers, Distribution reps, Retail sales staffs and Growers

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements

Bachelors degree OR 8+ years of field based value-added agriculture sales/marketing experience
2+ years of field based value-added agriculture sales/marketing experience
Experience in the crop, fertilizer, chemical or Ag business
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Valid drivers license

What Will Put You Ahead

5+ years of field based value-added agriculture sales/marketing experience
A broad portfolio to or within the distribution channel
Manufacturer or Retail sales experience in Ag fertility, chemical, or biological sales
Retail facility management experience
