Risk Manager

Description

Our client, an alternative investment firm in the Twin Cities is seeking a Risk Manager to join the firm. You will be responsible for all aspects of the Risk Management function within a global fund. Includes, integrity, analysis and reporting. Continuous improvement of risk management policies, tools and practices to analyze and report on investment, financial markets and regulatory risks. Ensures the organization's financial risk management policies, limits, and strategies are in compliance with applicable regulations and strategic imperatives of the organization. Represents the firm during operational due diligence and Street-facing credit reviews. The position requires 5+ years of Risk Management experience, exposure to credit sensitive investments, exposure to hedging and excellent communication skills.
