Accounts Receivable Clerk

Duties for this Accounts Receivable Clerk will include:
??? Set up and maintain customer account information in a master file for all customer contract information.
??? Issue customer statements.
??? Process and apply credit and debits.
??? Issue customer refunds.
??? Communicate with customers through phone, email and the creation of monthly statements.
??? Manage customers payments through reports and provide updates on account status as needed/directed.
??? Establish and monitor customer payment plans.
??? Create and maintain reports for senior management.
??? Communicate regularly with internal and external customers.
??? Performs other related duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications and Requirements:
??? Knowledge of general financial accounting or experience with accounts receivable.
??? 1+ years of related Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience, or related accounting experience
??? Associates or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline preferred but not required
??? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
??? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
??? Effectively manage a variety of tasks, deadlines and relationships.
??? Communicate professionally and timely with internal and external customers.
Hours are full time, Monday - Friday during daytime hours.
Compensation is $16 - $17 per hour. Higher wages may be considered based on level of experience.
