Northrop Grumman's Defense Systems sector is looking for a Manager of Program Control, Level 2 to support the Missile Products organization/business unit in Plymouth, MN.This position requires proactive guidance and significant interaction with the Program Director and Program Managers to ensure alignment across operating and financial objectives. The Manager of Program Control is a strategic business partner to various functional teams and will collaborate on proposals, contract negotiations, financial reporting (including EVMS) and Estimate at Completions.The selected candidate must be able to work under deadlines and constraints. This position requires the ability to provide top level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of the organization. Essential Functions:
Lead business management team for Fuze and Warhead in Plymouth, MN
Provide guidance regarding career development planning
Financial Planning and analysis as it relates to awards, sales, operating margin, and cash, including planning of and tracking to annual operating plan and five year financial plan
Ensure financial controls and processes are in place and being followed
Estimate-at-Complete (EAC) reviews for compliance and accuracy
Provide input and successful strategy for future business / proposals
Provide Business Management oversight on Earned Value Management Contracts
Basic Qualifications:
??? Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
??? Minimum of 8-10 years of experience working in Business Management related field
??? Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment and lead teams to results
??? Strong skills and experience with Earned Value Management Contracts
??? Strong Microsoft product skills (i.e., Excel, Powerpoint, Word)Preferred Qualifications:
??? Master of Business Administration Degree
??? Experienced in supporting DCAA/DCMA audits
??? Proven track record of successfully communicating and collaborating with different levels of management and integrated product teams

Salary Range: 121968 - 182952

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
