Payroll Administrator

Description

Robert Half is seeking a Payroll individual that has worked closely to a payroll of 4,500 employees. A person that has dealt with union, non-union, sales, bonuses, multi state, and has very good Excel skills. Some great attributes are candidates that have a great outgoing personality, and can work with others. Dig in, and figure out the data, and the "why" behind it. This candidate will have great opportunity to also help in Accounts Payable and have a nice variety in their day. Salary up to $65K plus major incentives up to $10K. Requirements - Need to have practical experience in an HRIS system and high proficiency with spreadsheets

- Expertise in Microsoft Excel

- Multistate Payroll experience

- Proficient in garnishments, processing liens, and various withholdings

- CPP or FPC desired

- 3+ years of payroll experience
