What's next for you? This great job. Kelly is looking for dynamic **Production Engineer** for our top biotechnical client in Plymouth, MN. The ideal candidate will have a 4-year degree in engineering or similar plus 2-5 years of experience or 1-2 years with an advanced degree (masters or higher) as well as a general knowledge of the disciplines (GPM, GQR, Sales and Ops). This is a 12-month contract role with possibility for extension.


*** MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AS AN EMPLOYEE (ON W-2 BASIS) *** NO C2C, 1099, etc. ***


+ Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm


+ Location: On site, Plymouth, MN


+ Pay: $36.00 - 47.50/hour DOE & EDU


**Responsibilities:**


Ensures that assemblers on the production line are compliant with GMP and safety regulations, including compliance that all safety items required in an area are worn.


**Requirements:**


+ Scientific University Degree (BS degree) required. 4-year degree in engineering or similar plus 2-5 years of experience or 1-2 years with an advanced degree (masters or higher).


+ Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts in the engineering field.


+ General knowledge of the disciplines (GPM, GQR, Sales and Ops).


+ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, inside and outside the unit.


+ Ability to exercise judgement in making preliminary selections and adaptation of engineering alternatives.


+ Ability to work with integrity and build trust.


+ Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member.


+ Ability to clearly convey ideas and concepts verbally and in writing.


+ Ability to handle multiple priorities and to meet key deadlines under pressure through effective time management skills.


+ Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.


+ Ability to critically review and interpret technical documentation.


+ Intermediate problem solving and analytical ability.
