Job Description:

(LEARN TO) Actively deploys Property Procedures and Policies in maintaining Government approved business systems that are fully compliant with Government, customer, and contractual requirements, as well as pertinent Aerospace policies and procedures. Abide by specific objectives or statements from contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs), contract deliverables, and outcome metrics. Tactically supports the responsibilities of Property that impact the Aero site's business system compliance, which affects the ability of the site to qualify, perform, and invoice Government contracts.

Responsibilities:

* Have an understanding or experience of the FAR 45 and 52.245-1 and actively support the sites Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) audits, and Self-Assessment requirements in accordance with the Property Outcomes and Requirements identified within the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), specifically FAR 45 and 52.245-1.
* Supports Property objectives, work plans, and delivery schedules of Property Functions.
* Actively builds relationships and depth of knowledge within the Government and customer asset management communities.
* Actively supports and ensures execution of corrective action plans.
* Supports the tracking and compilation of metric data and Property Management Self-Assessment data.
* Supports cross functional groups to assure Property Compliance Practices, Policies and Standards are adhered to.
* Actively participates with site stakeholders to implement process changes affecting cross functional groups.
* Work closely with a diverse group of property professionals responsible for Client capital assets, US Government Property and other Customer owned property.
* Ensure compliance with KBR's Code of Conduct and Corporate/Functional policies and procedures.
* Adhere to KBR and Client Aerospace Property Management Plan, maintain site specific Government Property Standards and Monthly Assessment Reporting.
* Ensures the support in a productive work environment by adhering to departmental goals and objectives are completed in accordance with actual standards and within time and budget constraints.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Specific contract requirements regarding education and experience will prevail.

* Typically requires an undergraduate degree and 1 year of experience, or, equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
* US citizen required due to client contracts.
* Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) or higher National Property Management Association (NPMA) Certification Preferred.
* Strong PC skills especially with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with SAP, AssetSmart, Property and Equipment Management System (PEMS), eQuip or electronic data tracking databases is recommended.
* Under direct supervision, performs routine assignments as an entry level professional.
* Develops core job competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems.
