Loan Processor

Description Robert Half is currently staffing for a Loan Processor role with a large financial services client in Oshkosh, WI.Pay Range: $21.00-23.00/hourPosition: Contract (possibility of extension)Schedule: Mon-Fri, 40 hours/weekLocation: Oshkosh, WI (100% on-site)The Loan Processor will prepare loan packages according to bank, regulatory, and investor guidelines by gathering and reviewing the necessary documentation and information within designated time frames. They will review internal and attorney prepared loan packages according to Bank and Flood Compliance Regulatory guidelines by gathering and reviewing the necessary documentation and information to Flood Compliance Procedures. The Loan Processor will be responsible for communicating with customers, staff, lenders, counsel, etc. to respond to inquiries, resolve problems, and obtain all documentation required to complete the file. Requirements Skills/Experience:+ 2+ years of experience in Loan Processing+ Basic knowledge of legal documents used to support applicable loan/lease processing+ Ability to apply critical thinking for all elements of loan documentation construction+ Knowledge of closing policies and procedures, funding policies, and underwriting requirements (preferred)+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills + High level of organization with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks+ Extremely detail oriented with a proven record for meeting production requirements, including working under urgent deadlines+ Good analytical skills + Dependability and punctualityFor immediate consideration, please apply directly to this job posting.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
