Responsibilities of the Quality Data Analyst will include:
  • Work with large disparate data sources to research and evaluate trends, new ideas, programs or concepts and provide actionable feedback to leadership and business partners.
  • Monitor and advise the business on how changes to quality programs or regulatory changes will impact value-base care programs
  • Demonstrate adaptability in a changing environment, quickly shifting focus as priorities change
  • Communicate and present findings, orally and visually in a way that can be easily understood by business counterparts
  • Build trust and form effective relationships with stakeholders by working collaboratively, providing timely performance updates, partnering on issue resolution/mitigation strategies, and monitoring resolution of identified issues to conclusion

Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree in Economics, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science or similar field, OR
  • 3+ years of academic/professional experience working with disparate data and statistical modeling (SQL, SAS, Python, etc.)
  • Command of data storage theory and design
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

  • Self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong relationship building skills to drive goal alignment
  • Critical thinker- this position will need to evaluate merits of new and innovative ideas and make sound decisions

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
