What will I do?*
Reporting to the SVP, Finance Center of Excellence, the Sales and Use Tax Manager will be responsible for managing the Sales and Use tax operation for three USA based and two Canada based companies utilizing the Oracle Fusion Cloud and the Vertex tax platforms.

What will I do?*
Reporting to the SVP, Finance Center of Excellence, the Sales and Use Tax Manager will be responsible for managing the Sales and Use tax operation for three USA based and two Canada based companies utilizing the Oracle Fusion Cloud and the Vertex tax platforms.
- Manage a staff of four Sales Tax Accountants/Auditors.
- Manage the preparation of sales and use tax returns for all applicable states within the US and multiple provinces within Canada.
- Manage sales tax audits for all books of business, as well as entering and maintaining all tax exemptions within Vertex.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
- 5+ years related experience in sales and use tax management.
- 5+ years of supervisory/management experience.
- Experience preparing sales and use returns for an employee base over 10,000 in the US. Canadian experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Oracle Cloud experience is preferred.
- Vertex experience, including Vertex Reporting is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Ability to successfully manage relationships with state/provincial auditors.
