Concrete Finisher **Immediate Hiring**

**Call Mark at ****Description:**We are in need of concrete finishers to work on a large commercial build that just broke ground. Ideally, this candidate would have wall forming and footings experience. They have 3 large projects starting right now throughout Madison. Candidates are expected to be able to work at each of the sites if needed. Stevens Construction focuses on Multi-family apartment complexes and large commercial office buildings. The job-sites are 100% unoccupied, new construction and they are non-union merit based general contractor.Current job sites - West Madison, Central Madison, and East Madison - all candidates must have reliable transportation to each of the sites if needed. They normally don't move to different sites, but must be able to do so if they are needed.Standard Hours - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (may be required to stay later if needed, start time can change throughout year depending on the sunrise)Typical Pay Structure - $24-$32 (depending on skills, experience on commercial jobsites)**Skills:**Finishing, construction, Finisher, Carpentry**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**Best Candidate:5+ years of commercial concrete constructionFootings, wall forming, pouring experienceAverage Candidate:2-5 years of commercial concrete experienceorTenured experience in residential concrete construction**Experience Level:**Intermediate Level**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
