Whether seasoned or slightly experienced and anywhere in-between, we are seeking an energetic and people-focused full-time Home Loan Officer to join the rapidly growing and expanding home lending department on our AgCountry team!
Opportunities for personal growth, development, and career advancement abound with the knowledgeable and experienced team atmosphere here at AgCountry! Office location is flexible but preferably the Fargo, ND or Willmar and Redwood Falls, MN areas.
You will actively market home and rec land loan products and financial services; dedicate approximately 90 percent of your time to relationship management activities; and be responsible for credit decisions within delegated authority and credit administration of an assigned residential loan portfolio.
If you are a team player, have a Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, finance or related field; possess understanding of home and rec land mortgage finance and its related sales/brokerage field or title/settlement industry; have strong communication, problem solving, analytical, negotiating, influencing, and strategic selling skills; and are self-motivated, apply today!
