Senior Project Manager
- This is not exclusively an essential onsite role, though may require some onsite attendance.
Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing large and|or complex projects potentially involving multiple project teams utilizing different delivery models. The positions focus is to effectively plan, lead, organize, and motivate project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects that provide exceptional business value to the organization.

- Lead large and|or complex initiatives that scale multiple teams internal and external to the organization, which may use both traditional and Agile development practices
- Radiate information regarding project status to project teams, business partners, third parties and executive leadership as needed
- Ensuring cross team collaboration is efficient and effective
- Effectively partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives to ensure alignment in project goals and objectives
- Demonstrate competence in core leadership skills, including critical|strategic thinking and judgment, business acumen, achieving results, relating to people, managing work effectively, and leading by example

- Radiate information regarding project status to project team, business partners and executive leadership as needed
- Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Partner with Leadership to evolve the PM Center of Excellence
- Generate internal Project Management training materials to drive consistent processes and continuous improvement
- Mentoring Project Managers

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Minimum/Essential Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in an IT or related field
- Ability to lead hybrid initiatives utilizing both traditional and Agile methodologies
- Effective planning and organization skills
- Effective at guiding teams through impediments and/or conflict
- Experience utilizing Project Management tools and technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
- Generally, spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices, such as, but not limited to keyboard, mouse and screen
- Generally, spend the workday performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands, head, and other parts of your body
- Must demonstrate the following behavioral competencies; analytical capacity, attention to detail, communication proficiency, continuous learning, customer/client focus, developing others, ethical conduct, information seeking, initiative, manages execution, personal effectiveness/credibility, positive attitude, problem solving, professionalism, project management, relationship building, thoroughness, and time management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and/or solid understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
- Typically 4-6 years of Project Management or equivalent experience
