Manager - Business Health Client Success

We are seeking a Manager, Client Success for our Aspirus Business Health in Wausau, Wisconsin. Manages and grows Business Health customer/employer relationships that ensure a viable and strong employer dedicated program. In addition provides leadership and day to day operations oversight for #employer based onsite clinic services and our Employee Assistance Services program. Has direct reports as appropriate, but must be comfortable and proficient working in a matrix management structure.# Responsible the execution of administrative, fiscal, clinical and technical activities to ensure attainment of program goals and objectives in alignment with the Aspirus Business Health department strategy. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of the principles and practices of health care planning and management sufficient to manage, direct, and coordinate the operation of #providing employer based clinic services, normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor Degree required. Experience in Employer Onsite clinics, Occupational Health, Employee Assistance Programs.# Experience in client relationship management, healthcare marketing or related experience in a health care or private employer organization. Five years# experience in healthcare management including at least three years in direct clinic management/operations preferred. Professional development coursework in health care management beneficial. Demonstrated ability as an innovative thinker and action oriented leader Master#s Degree in Health, Business Administration or related is desired.. # Knowledge of the principles and practices of employee development, ability to train, delegate, and mentor staff. Knowledge of organizational policies, regulations, and procedures to supervise. Knowledge of the principles of finance and budgeting, ability to develop and manage the budget.# Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions, ability to establish a safe work environment acquired through working with safety departments. Hours: Full time Benefit package available, 40 Hours per week, Day Shift.
