Entry-level HR Assistant ($18-19/hr)

Seeking an HR Assistant for a home healthcare company in Bloomington! This role would be primarily focused on onboarding new employees (Home Health Aide's/PCA's) and ensuring they have a great new-hire experience!

Job duties include:

• Working with applicants to complete their onboarding in order to work as a caregiver for those clients. (I9's, background checks, new hire documents etc.)
• Confirming all proper documentation for completing onboarding has been obtained and performing orientation with an applicant, which is the last step in onboarding.
• Maintaining and reporting their weekly timecards to the HR manager and the HR Department.
• You will be trained to perform Orientations as needed.
• This person also performs some light inner office cleaning and will have the opportunity to be cross trained in other departments!
• Hours 8am-5pm Monday - Wednesday, 8am-4pm Thursday and optional Fridays!
• Pay: $18-19/hr starting
• Contract to hire/ they are looking for a long-term permanent employee
