The Village of North Hudson is seeking to hire a Full-Time Public Works employee to fill an open position.

Position duties: The Full-Time Public Works employee assists the Public Works and Parks Department perform related tasks
in the maintenance, repair and construction of streets, storm sewers, sanitary sewer and water distribution systems, traffic control devices, parks and municipal buildings and grounds.

Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a Valid Wisconsin Commercial Drivers License (CDL) at the time of application.
In Addition, Federal Medical (Fed Med) Certification or the ability to obtain the Fed Med Certificate within ninety (90) days of the date of employment.
All applicants must be able to pass criminal background check.
Working knowledge of construction methods as well as materials and equipment used in the street construction and municipal services.
Regularly lift up to twenty five (25) pounds, frequently lift up to fifty (50) pounds and occasionally lift up to one hundred (100) pounds.
Employee will be required to be on-call as needed and in the event of a Public Works emergency.
