Project Manager - Commercial Building Architecture

The architectural Project Manager manages the development and completion of commercial building design projects in a manner consistent with firm-wide standards for project delivery. You will manage all aspects of retail, hospitality, or commercial projects.

Create and implement strategic plans that ensure each project's success, and work as part of a team. This position will be involved with the overall project management including client relationship, scheduling, budgeting, and construction administration and is accountable for the quality of work performed, client service and project profitability.

?? Coordination of all project activities including administrative and technical

?? Prepare proposals and contracts, estimate fees, invoicing, etc.

?? Delegate work to design staff

?? Manage the budget and timeline while adhering to company standards and client expectations

?? Act as a primary client liaison to manage the communication, schedule, budget and scope of work.

You will be given the resources to complete successful projects, and you decide how to orchestrate the process. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Architect in Minnesota, have 10+ years of progressive architecture experience, experience leading projects.
