HR Assistant/Office Assistant

Villa Healthcare is growing and we're looking for a Part-Time Office Assistant to join our HR team in Roseville. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible to assist the HR team with various projects, support in the onboarding of new hires, data entry and support the front desk in greeting guest. Our ideal candidate will come with experience in supporting HR departments.

This position is Part-Time 28-32 hours a week with the potential of going Full-Time.

Pay: $16-18 per hour depending on experience

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in office support, HR or Staffing
• Experience in extending offers and onboarding new hires
• Strong data entry skills
• Excellent written skills
• Strong communications skills
