???Responsible for Master Supply Plan 12-18 month rolling for the Regional BU in support of the SIOP process
???Conducts and monitors various planning processes across multiple facilities to ensure that all production, FG's purchases and customer demands are met and maintained.
???Coordination with Plant Operations Production Schedulers the Capacity Plans and schedules in support of the Master Plan
???Coordinate with Plant Operations Buyers the procurement plans to PFG & Tolled Product in support of the Master Plan
???Responsible for NPS (Excess, Slow Moving, Aged Inventory) as relates to Operations Actions
???Responsible for Regional Governance of SC specific Master Data in support of Supply Planning
???Bachelor degree in business, supply chain or operations management. Advanced degree a plus.
???Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant hands on supply chain planning and operational experience in a multi-site global manufacturing organization
???Chemical processing value chain including batch manufacturing capability highly desirable
???ASCM (APICS) CPIM or CSCP certification highly desirable
???Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification desirable
???Strong data driven problem solving and negotiation skills required
???Advanced Level of Excel, Word, database and web based skills.
???Knowledge and work experience of standard ERP system and data warehouse is a must. SAP experience is highly preferred.
???Proven knowledge and application of advanced SC planning, inventory management, and project management methodologies
???Demonstrated strength in business acumen, strategic thinking and collaborative execution
???Ability to efficiently manage time and workload, which includes planning, organizing, prioritizing, and follow through on assignments, projects and reports while meeting all deadlines.
???Strong verbal, written, persuasive, conflict management skills. Ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
???Customer Focus and Results Oriented
???10-30% Travel expected
