My client, a medical manufacturer of cosmetic technology with great company culture is looking for a Territory Manager to sell a plasma-based surgical product that is a transformation tool for surgeons. The Territory Manager will call on Plastic Surgeons and Aesthetic doctors in MN, ND, SD, IA, and NE


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned from time to time.

1. Planning and achieving sales goals for new and existing customers.

2. Maintain and cultivate relationships with distributors and end-user customers

3. Work with Independent Representatives to ensure all customers are provided with exceptional service from the field.

4. Create presentations for dealers.

5. Analyze customer business opportunities, threats and develop the appropriate action plans.

6. Skillfully manage time and territory, prioritize multiple projects and tasks, exhibit strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and meet deadlines.

7. Comply with all Company policies, instructions, and directives for the fulfillment of Company objectives and for maximum profitable sales.

8. Maintain awareness of competitive products and marketing practices, and keeps sales management informed concerning them.

9. Become a company expert and resource on competitive products.

10. Prepares and submits expenses reports, sales, marketing, and territory reports, as required.

11. Manage travel and expenses effectively, responsibly, and within budget requirements of the Company.

12. Attend Regional and National Trade Shows required by management.

13. Complete other duties as assigned from time to time.

ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS:

  1. Reports to the Regional Sales Director
  2. Coordinate with the Regional Sales Director concerns or scheduling regarding sales, manufacturer's representatives, customer service, inside sales support (admin asst) and graphics.
  3. Communicate to customer service personnel customer requirements.
  4. Discuss Quality issues and concerns with QA and or Supervisor.
