Job Description

•

  High-speed Equipment Troubleshooting, Maintenance and Repair

Primary Duties:

The candidate must have proficiency with troubleshooting on production equipment. Electrical and mechanical processes are required in the facility on a 24-hour per day, 7-day per week rotating shift basis. This includes the ability to troubleshoot electrical components, machine drives (AC and DC), proficiency working with programmable logic controllers, power distribution, and motor sequence control and personal computers. Individual must be self-motivated, communicate well, and have the willingness to work under varying conditions. Individual must have the physical ability to perform manual labor, climb, bend, etc.

Qualifications Required

• 
  Candidate has completed a qualified instrumentation and/or electrical trade apprenticeship and possess a state indentured journeyman or master electrician certificate, or candidate has equivalent military MOS training or a two-year technical/associates degree in applicable field.
  
• 
  Candidate must be able to work on elevated work platforms, catwalks, scaffolding, etc.
  
• 
  Must be able to work 12- hour shifts including nights, holidays, weekends and overtime.
  

Other Qualifications

Candidate must meet and maintain medical qualifications required by the job.

Candidate must possess the interpersonal skills necessary to work closely with other team members.
