RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assembles and tests medical devices, per documented work instructions. Activities include, but are not limited to, assembly and soldering of small components.
- Accurately and completely document required information in lot history records and device history records
- Pick and distribute material, supplies and subassemblies to work areas, as directed
- Reject product outside of specifications. Troubleshoot and repair failures as needed
- Clean and maintain work area
- Understand and comply with client standards
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Perform assembly activities per documented Work Instructions.
- Perform quality inspection activates in areas trained in and authorized to do so
- Communicate with employees at all levels as needed
- Ensure calibration and preventative maintenance actives for production/lab equipment as directed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum two years in a manufacturing organization desired
- Demonstrated ability to perform assembly of small components following detailed work instructions
- High school diploma OR equivalent
- Certification in soldering desired
