Product Engineer

What Will You Do?

You will take product engineering ownership of a furniture product throughout the entire lifecycle of the item from "GO" status to discontinuation by taking the design concept and completing engineering drawings, mock-ups of the product, the initiation of Engineering Introduction Order (EIO), Bill of Material (BOM) structures, Customer Service data, Product knowledge information, first production and all cost reduction methods throughout product lifecycle. You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of all engineering data and for meeting margin, quality and efficiency goals of product through introduction of said product. You will assist in maintaining or improving those goals throughout the product lifecycle.

What Do You Need?
  • Associate Degree in Engineering field, Required
  • 1+ year experience in Engineering related field using 3-D modeling software
  • Knowledge of furniture manufacturing process and 3-D modeling, preferred
