Accounts Payable Specialist

Position Responsibilities
Process daily disbursements, including checks, electronic funds transfers and international wire payments.
Perform maintenance on vendor accounts for U.S. and international Accounts Payable teams.
Manage the month-end close process.
Ensure weekly and monthly processing deadlines are met.
Verify approvals on all vendor documentation.
Scan vendor documentation into electronic workflow.
Answer vendor inquiries and resolve issues and concerns.
Review and process donation requests.
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance preferred.
Microsoft Office experience, with Oracle experience a plus.
