At Revol Greens, we are revolutionizing how organic lettuces are grown. Our mantra is "Grown Clean and Green," we achieve this by growing in sustainable, clean greenhouses across the country. From aligning with customers in support a new program launches to elevating our brand messaging, we're looking for a Director of Marketing to join our passionate and entrepreneurial team. The Director will be responsible for managing and executing brand marketing initiatives including planning, developing, and implementing consumer and trade programs across channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainability and proactive, creative, and confident in their approach to help drive sales growth and long-term strategy.


Role and Responsibilities

  • All facets of brand management across grocery and food service channels
  • Develop and execute year-long communications and engagement plans for the products across social, digital, consumer promotions, and earned/paid media
  • Lead brand execution in all facets of traditional and digital consumer advertising, public relations, sponsorships, events, and product / packaging development
  • Develop compelling sales materials to convey the Revol Greens mission. Work with the sales team to develop integrated marketing and sales plans for Revol with grocery and food service customers.
  • Direct responsibility for the management of applicable external marketing partners. Act as brand steward ensuring consistent messaging in all areas of marketing.
  • Lead internal communication to ensure a culture focused on Revol's core values is upheld
  • Manage projects from concept through market
  • Execute the marketing initiatives including media, retail promotions, digital, packaging, new product rollouts, new market launches
  • Analyze market data, pull out actionable insights, and translate them into activation plans that drive growth and business objectives.
  • Assisting in financial, competitive, pricing, and category analysis. Identifying key trends and brand implications. Working with key decision tools and information sources


Qualifications and Education Requirements


Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7 years of Brand Management in CPG focused on grocery and food service
  • Proven experience in building and developing brands
  • Fresh produce category experience
  • Strong storyteller and communicator both internal and external
  • Creative and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects to deadline
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, startup like environment


Preferred Skills

Hours-Benefits

  • Monday - Friday (weekends if necessary)
