*Ascendo Resources *is seeking an experienced Director/*Managing Director *for our *Minneapolis, MN office. *
In addition to sharing the team management and office operations responsibilities, this role reports directly to our Regional Director and Managing Partners
The *Managing Director* will be responsible for maintaining >20k PDA in personal production through new business development while working directly with a Co-MD to motivate, train and develop their staff.
*Results*
* Lead business and market development efforts including identifying opportunities, developing relationships, scoping prospective clients, and creating and maintaining business partnerships.
?? Establish, drive, and execute a business development plan in accordance with the market.
?? Build strong relationships with hiring managers
?? Manage the operation of the Recruiting and Business Development team (Metrics, Compliance, etc.) KPI's must be met or exceeded.
?? Negotiate new contracts; pricing on temp/contract and permanent fees
*Employee Retention and Management*
?? KPI team management
?? Staff development and mentoring
*Requirements*
?? BA in related line of business industry or at least 5 yrs of experience in a similar role.
?? Prior experience working in a team-oriented and fast-paced organization
?? 3+ year of Sales/Business Development
?? Proven negotiating skills
?? Prior management experience
?? Staffing industry experience required- Agency experience preferred

Pay: $100,000.00 - $162,368.00 per year
