Job Description:

The Accounts Payable Processor is responsible for processing all assigned invoices; researching and resolving past due invoices; assisting vendors, Clinic managers and staff with questions; and assisting with year-end audits.

Base will be Marshfield, WI but remote work may be available.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

Minimum Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred/Optional: Associate degree in accounting or related field.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Required: Three years' experience in an accounts payable position or related experience to include book keeping/record keeping. Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite to include PowerPoint. Knowledge of rules and regulations regarding 1099 reporting.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.

Minimum Required: None

Preferred/Optional: Accounts Payable Specialist (APS) certification awarded by the Institute of Finance & Management (IOFM) or the Accredited Payables Specialist (APS) awarded by the Accounts Payable & Procedure to Pay Network (APP2P).
