Service Advisor / Automotive Service Consultant

SERVICE ADVISOR RYAN MOTORS, Williston, ND We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team! You will be joining one of the most exciting, fast paced, and rewarding careers in the automotive industry. Our service advisors help customers get back on the road and stay on the road by recommending repairs and preventative maintenance.

POSITION DUTIES:

??? Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair

??? Create work orders

??? Create appointment schedules for customers and communicate to technicians

??? Provide estimates to the customer and finalize invoices

??? Streamline workflow in the automotive repair departments

??? Maintain and follow all safety programs

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS:

??? Must have previous experience service writing

??? Excellent customer service and time management skills

??? Reliable, motivated and driven to deliver a superior customer experience.

??? Ability to learn quickly and use new skills

??? Flexible and patient when working in a fast-paced environment

??? Ability to work extended hours and weekends when required

??? At least 20 years of age

??? Current, valid driver's license
