We are currently seeking a IT Enterprise Programmer/Analyst, Financial Systems to bolster an already strong team! The IT Enterprise Programmer/Analyst, Financial Systems, will report to Information Systems Manager. This role will provide Oracle EBS Techno-functional support, enhancement, and project services to the Cree Lighting Enterprise at large. IT Enterprise Programmer/Analyst, Financial Systems, will serve as a key IT point of contact to site and corporate finance business functions. As a critical member of IT Solution Delivery, this role will be responsible for the resolution and execution of incidents and service requests related to both on-prem & cloud based Financial systems, including Oracle EBS, Hyperion, Spreadsheet Server as well as ancillary applications, and technical integrations between these various applications.

The IT Enterprise Programmer/Analyst, Financial Systems, will also provide functional (70%) and technical (30%) design and development leadership to key business system projects and enhancements, including work scoping and estimation, work execution, work review and approval, and general issue troubleshooting and resolution. This role is expected to provide hands-on functional and technical design, set up, and development services as required, converting business requirements into robust and scalable global solutions aligned with Cree Lighting's broader enterprise architecture and integration strategies.

The position will be preferably based out of our HQ in Racine, WI and will work closely onsite and offshore consulting resources and IT vendors to provide high level of service and ensure adherence to Cree Lighting's ERP Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management Office standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide Oracle EBS Techno-functional support, enhancement, and project services to the Racine site and Cree Lighting Enterprise at large.
Serve as a key IT point of contact to site business functions as well as Solution Delivery for the resolution and execution of incidents and service requests related to both on-prem & cloud based Financial systems, including Oracle EBS, Hyperion, Spreadsheet Server as well as ancillary applications, and technical integrations between these various applications.
Provide functional and technical design and development leadership to key business system projects and enhancements, including work scoping and estimation, work execution, work review and approval, and general issue troubleshooting and resolution.
Provide hands-on functional and technical design, set up, and development services as required, converting business requirements into robust and scalable global solutions aligned with Cree Lighting's broader enterprise architecture and integration strategies.
Work closely with onsite and offshore consulting resources and IT vendors to provide high level of service and ensure adherence to Cree Lighting's ERP Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management Office standards.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

8+ years experience providing functional design, development, and integration services for Oracle ERP environments with broad exposure to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Project Accounting, E-Biz Tax, Cost Management and Cash Management.
2+ years' experience leading and supporting technical development of Oracle ERP information systems with integration to Hyperion, Spreadsheet Server as well as bespoke applications.
Demonstrated expertise in Oracle ERP technology stacks, including Oracle Forms and OA Framework (Java / HTML) development, Oracle SQL & Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle ADF, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle JDeveloper, Oracle Workflow, Common Web Services standards and implementations.
Proven ability to lead internal and external resources through the requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment phases of complex ERP projects.
Ability to conceptualize and communicate potential solutions to business issues that may extend beyond your sphere of responsibility.
Ability and desire to learn new technologies independently as required by the needs of the business.
Ability to work within a 24/7 global organization.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

Experience with manufacturing
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related fields

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Sit at a computer or desk for extended periods of time
Frequent walking through the department/building
Use hands/arms for repetitive motion activities
Lift objects up to 25-50 pounds with or without assistance
Bend, stoop or crouch while performing daily activities of the job
Effective verbal and written communications skills
In normal circumstances (outside of COVID) expectation is to be onsite 3-4 days & 1-2 days remote work.
