YOUR ROLE

  • Lead development of financials for commercial innovation of New Brands, Brand Relaunch and Line Extensions through partnership with cross functional teams to deliver comprehensive financial impact and perspective
  • Drive profitable commercial innovation through rigorous analytical insights to optimize product portfolio
  • Support strategic initiatives with robust analytics to facilitate and influence decision making Lead Post Project
  • Reviews to evaluate ROI and provide a platform for future innovation
  • Support Beauty team ad hoc analysis and special projects


YOUR SKILLS

  • BS/BA in Finance or Accounting required, MBA preferred
  • Min 7-10 years of Finance Experience in a consumer products organization
  • Complete understanding of financial statements and financial processes
  • Ability to proactively engage stakeholders to identify risk and opportunities and develop value added solutions
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
  • Experience in leading and working with cross-functional teams including managing dotted line relationships
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, along with proficient skills with other Microsoft Applications
  • Highly motivated and curious - not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo
  • Knowledge of SAP and business warehouse systems
