The Cardiovascular Diagnostics & Services (CDS) Operating Unit is an exciting place to be, with aspirations of delivering double-digit global growth through world-class global collaboration. As the Sr. Global Marketing Program Manager, you will be a member of the OU Commercial Marketing leadership team, you will develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy in partnership with both OU-led and Region-led regional marketing teams.

A Day in the Life:

??? You will be setting a bold strategy for double-digit global growth through market development, competitive positioning and channel optimization.
??? You will partner with regional marketing teams to execute marketing initiatives that are aligned with regional growth strategies.
??? You will work with regions to adapt OU marketing programs and collateral to reflect the unique needs of the regions and highlight the value of our portfolio.
??? You will serve as the primary liaison to Region-led regions to ensure aligned inputs to Integrated Business Planning.
??? You will drive collaboration and communication between the OU marketing teams and the Regional marketing teams through a variety of mechanisms.
??? You will drive cross-functional connections to bring experts together to enable efficient, effective execution of key initiatives.
??? You will lead targeted growth initiatives where your expert focus can accelerate results.
??? You will manage a budget to support regional initiatives including the global Boost Fund.
??? You will provide updates for CDS Senior Staff and Quarterly Business Reviews to highlight progress and reflect regional needs
??? Connecting with your regional colleagues is critical to success in this role - expected travel could be 50%+ including the possibility of extended stay assignments if needed.

Must Have - Minimum Requirements

??? Bachelor's degree
??? 7+ years of experience in marketing, Sales or Technical role (5 years with Advanced Degree)
??? Experience with global engagement and leading cross-functional teams

Nice to Have:

??? MBA or other master's degree
??? Strong business acumen and understanding of the CDS business
??? Ability to develop business strategy and then operationalize the strategy into behavior change and action
??? Ability to partner & collaborate across various cultures
??? Strong project management skills
??? Expert influence management skills
??? Excellent verbal communications & presentation skills
??? Multilingual is a plus
