Interface with Sourcing Managers, Strategic Sourcing, Tactical Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Supplier Development, NPD sourcing and Suppliers to identify, understand, consolidate and communicate the Sourcing requirements to ensure effective supply chain execution. Provide standard processes and KPI’s for efficient procurement governance. Reinforce and professionalize Doosan’s strategic and operational sourcing processes.

Role & Responsibility

  • Define, build & implement the key business processes, business tools, metrics & contracts.
  • Ensure compliance of documented processes & tools.
  • Manage supplier scorecard creation, validation, & communication.
  • Monitor industry best practices & implement concepts.
  • Support the AOP & LRP cycles.
  • Monitor external economic environment indicators & ensure communication
  • Maintain & develop tools to improve supply chain functionality.
  • Administer NAO supplier relationship management programs.
  • Manage REACH/ROHS compliance & management of information related to Suppliers & SKU’s.
  • Monitor & administer regulatory programs; managing the relationship with AEM, internal stake holders.
  • Assist global sourcing process standardization (Doosan Global Sourcing System, Global ERP platforms, etc.)
  • Manage compliance activities; develop & deliver dashboard & KPI's


Job Requirement

  • Prior experience in project management, process description, and key performance indicators, and international environment
  • Knowledge of economics and financials
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for excellence
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Supply Chain
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain experience
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • 10 - 24 % travel

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?

•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
•These are entry level opportunities
•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
•The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
•Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on-the-job and classroom training. General instructions are given on recurring duties, operations and assignments; detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations and assignments.
