VP, Commercial Lending Officer - Sartell, MN

The VP, Commercial Lending Officer is responsible for the development of profitable relationships to include both loans and deposits with business clients. The incumbent is Primarily responsible for commercial lending to include analyzing loan applications to determine credit worthiness and structuring loans while considering business needs within compliance of bank lending policy. Commercial loans are expected to be a combination of Conventional and SBA 7A/504 loans.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Generate profitable banking relationships with business clients, loans, and deposits.
• Refer business and products/services to other departments within the organization (consumer deposit accounts, loans, and mortgages etc.).
• Present New/Renewed credit requests to loan committee.
• Monitor loan portfolio quality.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements:

A 4-year degree in business or related field, or work experience commensurate with the role. Minimum 7 years of progressive banking experience, preferably in credit analysis and lending. Knowledgeable in lending compliance regulations required.
