Titan Garage Doors WI is looking for its next key team member, and that person could be you!

Titan Garage Doors have been serving the Madison/Rockford metros for over seven years. We specialize in both residential and commercial repairs and installations.

We take pride in the fact that we work year-round even when construction is slower, mostly because doors need to be fixed all of the time.

Given that the Garage Door industry is considered "Essential," we have been working non-stop for the past fourteen months.

In this position, you will be going out on house calls, diagnosing the problem, and repairing it on the spot. Our customers are people who called in for service, so there is no need to do any cold calling or door-to-door sales.

We provide our customers with a "One-Stop-Shop" approach, where the sales tech performs the repair. As part of this approach, the tech can benefit from the sales part while the customer enjoys the experience of having the situation dealt with seamlessly.

As part of being a field tech, you will be required to work at the customer's locations, which means you will need to travel from one place to another. While most jobs are indoor, you will be required to work with the elements like in most construction fields.

As an entry-level tech, you can expect to make about $50,000 per year. Technicians that perform well usually average closer to $70,000.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Well-spoken and has excellent communication skills.

- Professional appearance.

- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to ALL customers.

- Positive attitude and outstanding work ethic.

- Mechanical aptitude (Construction/mechanical background a plus).

- Valid driver's license.

- Clean criminal record.

- Great attendance.

- Ability to work alone without direct supervision and handle a great deal of responsibility.

- Ability to push, pull and lift heavy objects.

We provide a truck, tools, and training aiming to hire within a few weeks.

This is an entry-level position that will be considered 1099; the benefits will change as time goes on.
