Restaurant General Manager

A Casual Dining establishment has an immediate need for an experienced General Manager to lead and guide the team. This individual will be the driving force to keeping the culture of the restaurant alive and vibrant and upholding the service and standards of the brand.

General Manager Responsibilities:

High standards for quality of food and service

Train, coach, and develop the team and lead by example

Supervise and coordinate all FOH and BOH activities

General Manager Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years experience in a casual dining General Manager role

The ability to be sales driven, attention to detail, and guest-focused
