Computype provides world-class solutions in automatic asset identification, labeling and tracking. We are looking for a Customer Service Account Manager to join our Customer Excellence Team. The Customer Excellence Team is a positive and experienced team that is at the center of Computype's core competencies. In this position, you will be a key contact to domestic and globally recognized companies and an instrumental part of the team.
The pay for this position is $50-60K
Major responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing customer relationships through frequent communications (phone, virtual calls, video messages and email)
- Processing orders for custom products, managing technical details for made to order and stocked product
- Prepare requotes for repeat business
- Be the liaison between the customer and our manufacturing team, closely managing the customer's delivery schedule
- Pursue and secure repeat business and product planning forecasts from assigned accounts
- Maintain technical details such as researching, assigning, and managing barcode sequence number relationships within a sequence management system.
- Collaborate with Sales team to develop accounts and support sales initiatives
- Coordinate with Quality team to meet account product requirements
- Participate in collaborative projects that focus on continuous improvement and process efficiency
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities of this position include:
- Associate degree (business field preferred); or equivalent education and experience.
- 2+ years account management, customer service and order processing experience.
- Second language: Spanish preferred, but not required.
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office, Teams & SharePoint, and ERP experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills; articulate, professional, empathic listener, comfortable with video communications.
- Mastery in setting priorities and staying organized
- Ability to be productive working from home or office setting
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate, comfortable working on cross functional teams and as back-up to teammate accounts
