This position will report to our Elgin, IL facility. Relocation assistance will be provided.

YOUR ROLE

• Executes engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at competitive cost
• Liaises with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and advice
• Strives for improvements and efficiencies in Engineering area
• Monitors KPIs for engineering processes
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering required, Chemical Engineering preferred
• Three to five years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Small Capital projects experience
• Delta V and Batch production experience preferred
• Exposure in project management, possessing the ability to lead multiple projects at once
