Chef's Table:

After falling in love with "chef's tables" in his kitchens over the years, Chef David Magnasco opened his first restaurant, The Chef's Table. Located in a Walker's Point warehouse, behind a locked door with no sign, you'll discover how Chef David has turned the chef's table concept into the ultimate, personalized dining experience in one of Milwaukee's most unique venues and best-kept secrets!

Since 2014, The Chef's Table has prided itself on personalizing all event details with every client. Our model encourages all guests experience the same food and wine pairings, together. "What's in your glass is 50% of your palette" as Chef David likes to say! Whether it's wine, cocktails, or non-alcoholic pairings, it's one of the unique aspects of our concept that will elevate your event into a culinary experience and an event that you will never forget.

Ideal Candidates:


  • Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager ready to take the next step in professional development.
  • 4+ years in restaurants and/or kitchen management.
  • Knowledge of inventory, excel and standard POS systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cost control and food safety.
  • Ability to plan, delegate and execute high level event production.
  • Proven track record in menu development and creation.
  • The ability to successfully balance traditional cuisine with current and future culinary trends, with respect to portions, dietary needs, and food intolerances.
  • Ability to train, lead and mentor team in culinary standards.
  • Culinary degree preferred and/or relevant work experience.
