The Regional Sales Coordinator schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and assists with clerical and administrative support to the sales department by performing the following duties:

* Review specs provided by customer
* Assist in all aspects of the quoting process
* Complete and submit request for quote forms
* Draft quote letters and correspondence
* Organize and maintain file system
* Act as a customer liaison when required

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree OR one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination
* CRM Software experience helpful
* Electrical knowledge preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
* Excellent organizational skills
* Positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willing to work overtime, as needed
