Personal Training Manager

The Anytime Fitness personal training program is rapidly growing and we are looking to add a Personal Training Manager to our team. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual that is able to build relationships, give great workouts, and deliver life changing results.Job Duties:Educate, motivate, and inspire clients in a positive matterDevelop unique and individualized programs that ensure client safety, satisfaction, and enhancement of personal fitness goalsBe proficient at teaching and explaining exercises to clients and members during consultations and while managing the fitness floor areas.Perform fitness consultationsSell personal training packages according to the sales processBe punctual and prepared for each dayMaintain a clean, safe and orderly fitness floor by racking weights, replacing Functional Training loose equipment, picking up gym wipes, magazines, etcAnswer telephone inquiries in a professional manner as directed through sales trainingDevelop relationships and assist members , helping with member retentionMust have weekly contact for all active PT clientsPerform client assessments every four weeks and enter them in our PT programCall/email new members and prospectsMeet with Owner on a monthly basis to go over sales, workouts, and overall performanceRequirements include:Nationally recognized Personal Trainer CertificationMust be CPR/AED Certified or be able to obtain certificationExperience desiredSchedule:This is a full time position.
