Our client is looking for a experienced, driven Project Manager with experience running larger scale projects. This role specifically has no ceiling for growth, as they are looking to bring on someone long term and grow them up within the company.

Client Details

  • Our client is a multi-generation General Contractor that is still family owned.
  • Have 2 offices in Wisconsin, one in Milwaukee and one in Madison and are looking to open a 3rd within the next year or so.
  • They specialize in large Healthcare, Education, Multi-family, Senior Living, Corporate offices and light industrial work.
  • They do about $400M per year give or take.

Description

  • Work closely with clients through the duration of projects.
  • Ensure you understand the scope and vision of all construction projects.
  • Oversee beginning of each turn-key project, including details such as permit submission and design evaluations.
  • Hold meetings with on-site architects, construction crew and clients.
  • Negotiate with all vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and submit estimates to clients.
  • Review project proposal, drawings and plans to determine all project details.

Profile

  • 8+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
  • Experience running larger scale projects.
  • Having a wide variety of construction project type experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture).
  • Construction software experience is preferred (Procore).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Have strong leadership skills - and experience managing all types of team sizes.
