Quality Inspector

**Now Hiring for a quality inspector on 2nd shift at a medical company in Arden Hills! Open to candidates who have an assembly** **background** **but want to get into quality!**

M - F 1:30pm - 10pm, but will train on a first shift for up to a month. $18.80 - $20.80 depending on experience

Inspection of incoming materials from the production floor: works in progress and final assemblies. Ensure items conform to specifications. Documentation of Q.A. process including incoming log, daily log, audit logs, final log, Q.C. acceptance tags, discrepancy reports.

On a daily basis: Take a part, set it in a fixture, enter part number into computer system. Program will run to scan the part and the computer will determine if it is out of spec. Save and print results. Repeat. If it is bad there will be a red light, will need to re-set and try again. If it is still bad, will need to check in with a technician as there may be an issue with the machine producing the parts. Very repetitive position. Sitting. Will need to learn software and use email.
