Summary

This role will build relationships with clients taking on special projects with the goal to gain larger projects in the future. This person will have autonomy on running projects from precon to closeout.

Description

Project Manager - Construction Special Projects - Milwaukee responsibilities:

Manages multiple small projects from estimating through final acceptance by the owner so company may successfully complete its contractual obligations. Develops new business opportunities relative to a particular client, client group, geographic area, or project type.Directly responsible for project safety, profit/loss, schedule and job cost control/adherence, contractual performance, careful observance or corporate policies and procedures and the protection/promotion of the interest of the company.

Profile

Project Manager - Construction Special Projects - Milwaukee looking for:

• Four year engineering, construction management, or architecture degree or equivalent preferred
• 10+ years extensive experience/knowledge of construction, design, and management.
• Experience with both public and private sectors of construction is a plus.
• Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize associate and subcontractor performance.
• Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, standards, etc. and their impact of project activities is essential; excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Directly responsible for project safety, profit/loss, schedule and job cost control/adherence, contractual performance, careful observance of corporate policies and procedures and the protection/promotion of the interest of the company in all matters.

Job Offer
