Job Details

Responsibilities:
The Architect assists the Project Manager/Project Architect in the production of the construction documents. The Architect is the secondary contact with the engineering consultants.

  • Produce construction documents
  • Coordinate with the engineering consultants
  • Maintain the quality control of the drawings and specifications
  • Process and coordinate the in-office construction phase of projects including shop drawings, RFP's and RFI's
  • Prepare written communication to clients and contractors
  • Research on codes and materials
  • Participate in shop drawing reviews
  • May provide construction observation for certain projects

Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Architecture
  • Licensed Architect in Wisconsin
  • Code knowledge
  • Revit proficiency
  • PC skills with industry accepted software
  • Ability to travel between the office and client/job sites on a regular basis
