**$25-30/hr**

*Hours: Monday-Friday, flexible start between 6:30am and 8am once trained in

Kelly is seeking an Accounting Specialist to work with our Arden Hills-based client in the manufacturing/distribution field on a long-term temporary basis for 6-9 months. This is an excellent opportunity to work and gain experience in the corporate accounting department of a respected company that has seen over 140 years of success!

The Accounting Specialist will report to the Controller and will handle tasks related to the following areas:

+ Daily Reconciliations

+ Daily sales

+ AR trial balance and AP trial balance

+ GL transfer balance

+ AP trade

+ Inventory

+ Month-End

+ Bank reconciliations

+ Basic journal entries

+ Running and filing reports (Hyperion)

+ Reviewing Prior Day Results

+ Cycle counts

+ Order review

+ Margins

+ Other

+ Invoice creation

+ Customer account monitoring

Qualifications:

+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

+ At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, manufacturing industry preferred

+ Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

+ Solid bank reconciliation experience

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
