Marketing Assistant

Lakewood Health System is seeking to hire a full-time Marketing Assistant!

The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing department by facilitating a wide array of marketing responsibilities, including the flow of incoming project requests, performing administrative duties such as invoicing and project tracking, assisting with writing and design, and coordinating materials and supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Incoming marketing project requests
• Invoice process
• Graphic design
• Material coordination
• Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

• This is an hourly, full-time position.
• Position requires on-site presence to complete work.

• Calibrating precise work data (printer)

Qualifications

• AA degree in marketing or a related field.
• Knowledge of marketing principles.
• Strong project management skills.
• Attention to detail and deadlines.
• Graphic design experience.
• Superior writing skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work individually, as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry.
