HVAC Foreman **Hiring NOW**

**Description:**

HVAC Foreman, who is able to perform Commercial HVAC and HVAC-R service and install work. This person will be working out on the road about 80% of the time overseeing other installers and service techs. They would be assisting with service calls fixing equipment of current customers. The other 20% of the time they will be working in house maintaining the warehouse at their Horicon location. They will be joining a crew of 5-10 other technicians and laborers that currently work there.

Best candidates have a refrigeration and familiar piping and space cooling. They may come with installation and/or service experience and all of the equipment that comes with it. Once they are hired on, they will move into a HVAC Installer or Service Technician role, the service tech will be included on their on-call setup. This normally is every 5th day, and every 5th weekend in a rotating schedule in compliance with other co-workers. $40/call for on-call work, they also accrue min per min vacation time on top of their regular vacation time.

The company follows a specific ABC Apprenticeship Program (4 years):

Journeyman Level - $25 - $32

Master Level - $32 - $38

2020 and 2021 - they did a lot of small work, oftentimes a crew of 1-3 people - more local and home more often - within 30 minutes of home

2022 is looking to have more travel to larger cities, still within 45 min of Horicon

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**

Must:

-2+ years as an HVAC Maintenance Technician (They would take an entry level candidate and train them)

-2+ years working with Commercial and/or Residential HVAC Equipment

-Lead or Foreman experience, overseeing crews

Plus:

-5+ years as an HVAC Service and Refrigeration Technician

-5+ years of experience doing maintenance of Commercial HVAC products

-HVAC/R Associates Degree from a technical school.

Degree:

-One is not required, but it is a plus to have a Technical degree in HVAC.

-The employee they just hired had a 2 year degree from Moraine Park in HVAC/R
